**About You**

We are looking for an individual with an extraordinary strive to transform the Third Party Operations (TPOs) working with DIAGEO into outstanding operations in terms of Productivity, Quality,



Safety and Environmental governance aspects.
The role has direct facilities management responsibility for 3 sites and one office in Mexico with an estimated total operating budget of GBP 2.4 Millions

**Function**: the role has two main purposes**:
To lead Third Party Operations of Rum in Guatemala and Ready to drinks in Mexico through Strategic Partners in order to deliver the demand of local requirements, at the most optimum way, while assuring the lowest cost and the compliance of Safety, Quality and Environmental Outstanding Standards.
To ensure a safe and impactful work environment for Diageo's employees, visitors and customers through effective implementation of facilities management operational strategies and management of facilities management site staff.
- Responsibility for a leading and handling the facilities team (insource/outsourced) of 9+ employees across all sites
- Build strong relationships with senior site customers and ensure site needs are met
- Support and drive Diageo's D2030 environmental goals




- Be a great partner between Diageo and external contractors supporting with facilities and real estate services.
- Support main projects of each operation on each market on all facilities related as part of the acquisition/integration and growth needs.
- Preparing monthly management reports related to indirect spend management and Copacking services
- Review performance of both internally and externally provided facilities management services, develop and implement appropriate corrective and preventive action plans (in conjunction with the appropriate facilities manager site staff/ technical specialist).
- Ensure implementation of Diageo's compliance agenda including Health and Safety and quality standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the facilities function by identifying and implementing improvements to current practices.




These should be resolved using regular reviews of processes and by analysing contractual and management information.
- Give and deliver against Best Place to Work ambition, super engaged targets and raise customer satisfaction
- Support the business with warehousing/transport review process in terms of real estate and space utilization resolving model fits the market needs (make or buy analysis).
**About the Role**:
This role provides the unique opportunity of leading and influence TPOs for Rum and RTDs, through the E2E Supply Chain, having a high level of exposure and having in hands the responsibility of the growth and reputation of iconic brands such as Captain Morgan, Smirnoff, Black&White;, while leading a strategic business area and directly supporting the outstanding growth of +100% vs LY in these categories





Establishes a single point of accountability and governance for the real estate and facilities function

This role is about driving the strategic direction of the Facilities function and driving performance in the market

**Direct reports**:

- 1 Health & Safety analyst
- 10 Cushmann & Wakefield indirect reports

**Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages**:

- Implementation of key business Productivity, Quality, Safety and Environmental within the alcohol Industry.
- Ideally 5 years on Operations and Supply Chain roles in Operations & Supply Chain.
- Highly motivated person with a great capacity of influence at all levels at TPOs; from people at the operations floor to the TPOs Top Management and Owners.
- Engage effectively with customers to drive timely and appropriately the planning initiatives.




This role will provide strong leadership skills in coordinating different areas (planning, production, governance, logistics, procurement, etc)
- Engineering background
- Quick learning and adaptation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to shape analytical findings into relevant insights for the business
- Clear focus and understanding of the big bets in terms of business strategy and effective/agile implementation skills.
- Ability to operate at the strategic, tactical and operational level
- Commercially astute, with understanding of the demand side of the business and how it interacts with the supply chain
- English fluent (both written and spoken)
- Project Management skills.
