Regional Service Delivery Manager - LatamImportant service company seeks: Regional Service Delivery Manager (HR LATAM) to be responsible for managing and supervising all processes in the HR Service Delivery area.
Meetings with the global team for intervention in high-impact business issues in the Latin American region.Key Responsibilities:Review of onboarding process (salary, bank account, etc.
)Payroll review for Latin America (incidents with payroll impact, etc.
)Job changesAbsence Management follow-upSupport tasks for employee lifecycle managementRequest compensation changesRequest one-time paymentsOversee employee benefitsCompensation support tasksSupervise voluntary and involuntary terminations (Manager-Initiated Termination)Global, regional, and local supportRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA (preferred).Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Management of payroll service providersIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Experience in implementing and managing HR systems, mandatory WorkdayProficiency Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
