We are currently searching for a **Senior Systems Engineer(Service Now developer)**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and support remote access solutions: Terminal Services, licensing services.
- Complete system documentation, including system reviews and recommendations.
- Communicate with customers to keep them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Manage Patch Management, DNS, DHCP, Print & File Serving, Terminal Services, AD/Group Policy.
- Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to be on-call 24/7 in cases of emergencies.
- Knowledge of vKernal, vCenter, Horizon View, Convertor, SRM.
- Knowledge of Wyse, HP Thin Clients.
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2 STD/2012 STD/Enterprise.
**Desired**:
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues effectively.
**Languages**:
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
