Testing Trainee at BairesDev
Embark on your career as a Testing Trainee, where you'll learn the basics of software testing methodologies and manual test execution.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of quality assurance processes, under the guidance of experienced QA professionals.
What you will do:
- Learn and understand the fundamentals of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Help in documenting test results and reporting bugs in a clear and concise manner using tools like JIRA.
- Gain familiarity with various testing tools and platforms that are commonly used in the industry.
- Collaborate with other QA team members to understand various aspects of manual testing, including test planning and execution.

- Basic knowledge of testing.
- Effective communication and active listening skills (Here, we learn from our teams!).
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Good critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Able to make connections across complex ideas.
- Good level of English.
