Senior Program Manager, Seller Experience LATAMWe are looking for a talented Program Manager for our SX Registration & Verification regional program.
The Program Manager will define strategies to enhance the current registration and verification experience for sellers in Mexico and Brazil, be the main POC to global stakeholders from multiple teams, and improve high-impact seller-facing processes.
The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction, and raising the bar in processes for verification.
This role has a strong business component, with ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relation with stakeholder teams,
and being the main POC for verification-related themes in the Amazon Marketplace Latam org.
The candidate must be a strong leader and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams.
The individual must have experience in program management and must excel at building trust and driving urgency across the organization.
The Program Manager must work well cross-functionally and culturally and will often present reports on progress and improvements to senior leadership.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesConsolidating roadmap of program improvements,
driving frequent reviews with stakeholders.Creating/overseeing reports of metrics and impact of current seller registration and verification experience.Providing support materials to internal teams with seller contact.Keeping external and internal teams communicated about key project issues and actively working with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.Owning and writing business reviews and callouts regarding verification experience to senior leadership.Influencing and defining local product roadmap for features in Verification Experience in Mexico.A Day in the LifeIn the role, the PM will be expected to bridge gaps in experience by syncing with stakeholder teams frequently (account management; verification operations; tech product management).
They will also drive frequent working sessions with groups for solutions to pressing issues.
The PM will have knowledge of reports and oversee/manage issues brought by metrics,
and will show timely effectiveness in problem mitigation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree.8+ years of program or project management experience.Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.English proficiency: Fluent (verbally and written).Excel Advanced: Proficiency in complex formulas, expertise in data analysis with Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, advanced data visualization skills, including dynamic charts, dashboards, and conditional formatting, and ability to automate tasks using Macros and VBA.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
