**What will you do**
The e-Category Management Analyst is responsible for the development added revenue stream from portfolio management and growth the assigned categories ensuring profitable growth and the correct execution of Digital Shelves as well as tracking of online Perfect Store.
Deep Customer digital ecosystem understanding to maximize investment and growth and Ensure Excellence in execution across eCommerce CSM/CATMAN Matrix Priorities.
Must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.
The main goal is to increase category sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain governance process for the category among with project management implementation.
Establish and maintain championship of eCatMan projects between CD & Marketing Teams assuring the execution of eCatMan principles.
- Develop and drive recommendations of virtual shelfs planograms for all categories based on the Online Perfect Store principles and regional guidelines.
Ensure its execution and strategize with metrics of Perfect Store according to targets with Commercial Team.
- Strategize virtual positioning of a product category to maximize its visibility.
- Analyze ecommerce data and generate consumer and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and O2O Category team to guarantee integration of plans and strengthen relationship with vendors and costumers
- Develop internal process to constantly improve effectiveness and efficiency of Catman team.
Qualifications
**What we are looking for**
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3- 5 years in eCommerce areas.
- Ecommerce knowledge
- Digital Ecosystem understanding
- Knowledge in category management,
marketing and sales operations and processes
- Hands on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts
- Strong analytics skills
