We are searching for the best talent for **Sr IT Analyst | Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Fixed term 24 month)** to be in **Cd.Juárez**.
**Purpose**:Installs and evaluates information technology hardware and software and troubleshoots problem areas.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives in business processes through technology.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Edits and finalizes concept design specifications for existing systems.
- Oversees the installation and testing of hardware and software.
- Support current systems, and designs and implements complex features as requested.
- Develops computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
**Qualifications**
- Required University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Generally, Requires 4-6 Years Work Experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma tools.
- Strong knowledge of software validation methodologies, SDLC, csv, GxP.
- Strong knowledge of capacities and limitations of existing systems.
- Constant and continuous learning of relevant technologies necessary to perform his/her job.
- Expert in describing the flow of the processes to help in the redesign, re-engineering, etc.
- Understanding of the products and services of the business in order to define the requirements and needs of the business partners.
- Strong knowledge of the regulations of the business.
- Independently, solves problems within his/her area of experience and/or escalates the problems to the correct personnel.
- Applies the requirements within his/her area of responsibility, provides and produces the required documentation and participates in the activities of compliance as required.
- Understands the management of the life cycle of technology at J&J.;
- Strong understanding of the processes of the company,
strategies and trends in the industry.
- Intermediate understanding of the standards and strategies of IT at Johnson & Johnson.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish.
