We're sourcing for **Recruitment Coordinator** with experience in Talent Acquisition Management that are ready for the next big step of their carrier and that are willing to take upon the huge challenges we have ahead.
**Requirements**:
Must have 3+ years managing full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing company.
Must have 3+ years managing recruitment staff as Coordinator or Head.
Must have 3+ years hiring sales staff
**Foreign people will be considered (willing to relocate in México City)**
**Fluent in English (we will have interviews in english as part of the process)**
**We are not looking for Human Resources Manager, we are looking for RECRUITMENT Manager only. **
**We offer**:
Salary from $ 35,000 to 45,000 gross monthly
Quarterly bonus of 100% of salary
Law and additional benefits such as:
- 15 days of vacation
- The company closes the office 2 or 3 weeks during the holidays and this are taken as additional time off from the vacation.
Workplace located in Miguel Hidalgo, México City.
