**HR Data Analytics Coordinator**
**Main Purpose**
HR Analytics & Governance Coordinator will drive the delivery of practical, data-based and actionable insights and recommendations to help our HRLT make informed business decisions and formulate Data Analytics strategies across multiple global functions, responsible to leverage all HR information systems and tools to exploit HR data and engage HR leadership teams to propose and build data-driven solutions to enhance the decision making process within the whole organization.
Partner with HR DR&A; and HR Ops GPOs to identify where insights or Data processes could drive more meaningful approach to the execution of core HR functional processes.
**Accountabilities**
- Design, maintain, and streamline the reporting ecosystem to enable evolution of reporting to meet growing business needs.
- Ingest new data sources into the production data systems.
- Build and deploy a plataform to provide up to date information on the people priorities
- Management of databases (capture, analysis, order and debugging)
- Manage Relational databases, crossovers, dynamic tables.
- Leverage data model, database, and data governance knowledge to create strong recommendations that effectively measure and hold internal and external teams accountable.
- Create, automate, and schedule reports.
- Recommend new ways of exploiting information to improve business processes and results.
- Serve as a technical expert on in-house business intelligence/data management solutions.
- Lead the governance as well as the action plans to achieve expected results.
Qualifications: Education/Requirements, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in the area of data analytics
- Experience in computer database management, SQL systems.
- Knowledge in at least one programming language (Python, C++)
- 3+ year of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred
- Experience with continuous integration pipelines and infrastructure (e.g. Docker, Git) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portugueses is a plus (Basic)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy preferred.
- Data visualization and reporting using at least one of PowerBi, Tableau.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience with HR data will be a differentiator
