The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with Sales, Operations, and key functional areas to support customers and grow the business.
- This individual will be the primary contact for our clients and will provide world-class customer service.
- The Inside Sales Representative will be assigned specific customers and will learn about each customer's products, unique business systems, and strategies.
- Activities are focused on order processing, obtaining order coverage and forecasting, managing change requests, and frequent communication with customers.
- This role requires a high degree of collaboration with our global sales organization and key functional areas to ensure the execution of our annual sales plan goals.
