This role is integral to the company's data management process and responsible for maintaining multiple master data objects while adhering to the function standard governance to ensure master data is compliant with defined information, policies, and quality requirements.
**_What You’ll Do for Us:_**
- Work closely with essential partners to ensure compliance with master data creates and updates.
- Resolve Idoc error handling, payment method changes, active store list management, and tax exemption requests.
- Manage Ad-hoc requests for volume reporting and customer data analysis
- Execute master data cleansing activities to ensure overall data health.
- Handle issues and escalate more complex issues to appropriate internal contacts
**_ Qualification & Requirements:_**
- 1-2 years of experience in Master Data within Customer and Vendor Master setup and maintenance
- Minimum of one-year master data support experience in a CPG industry or relevant equivalent Must have a strong background and knowledge of customer master data management and billing process
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of and ability to understand and resolve data inconsistencies or variances
- Ability to access, analyze and use information in a manner that adds value to the organization
- Comfortable multi-tasking and building relationships
- Agility in working across data domains as well as ability to develop as Chain(s) SME
- Must have the proven ability to translate various inputs into master data changes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Customer orientation
