COO Transformation Manager
Objective
Lead and implement technological projects with benefit for the business in M&SS;, being the contact point between IT and the business. Also the role requires being proactive for innovation and enhancement of controls
Activities
- Delivering first class service and outcomes to our client base, via pro-active handling of organisation and commercial demands
- Tracking of projects, milestones and escalate when necessary.
- Assisting the COO for defining future business capabilities and strategy with the Head of M&SS; and MKTY business as appropriate
- Coordinating the annual budget for IT projects in M&SS; and the book of work
- Enables collaboration & teamwork
- Proven ability in managing and coordinating dispersed teams where relevant
- Communicates with impact, clarity and fact
- Organised with a systematic approach to programme execution, experience of (major) business transformation

Requirements
Functional Knowledge
- Markets and Securities Services business/products knowledge
- Proven track record of implementing change programmes of scale/size
- Advanced english
