As a COMMERCIAL EFFICIENCY BUSINESS PROCESSES SR MANAGER, you will establish, facilitate, and follow up on a functional process of sales forecasting and commercial demand planning (S&OP;) between the different areas involved!
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the execution of macro projects led by approved commercial areas to report results to management.
- Ensure the documentation, updating and approval of multidisciplinary macro-processes, involving commercial areas, as well as their communication to the leaders of each area.
- Resolve, diagnose, validate, and propose improvement of commercial macro processes of excellent impact where 1 or more internal areas of the company intervene.
- Establish lines of communication between the different commercial areas and business partners of operations, to ensure the accurate execution of the macro processes and the intervention of the responsible support areas.
- Proposal of business opportunities according to the reading and understanding of sales trends, priority segments, portfolio optimization and historical analysis towards marketing and sales directions.
- Lead cost/benefit analysis, feasibility and impacts to the efficiency and profitability of the organization of commercial initiatives in conjunction with the Pricing and Profitability team.
- Monitoring and communication of results, indicators and quick wins on projects and commercial initiatives and their impact on the operation and profitability (P&L;).
- Provide guidelines to the metrics area for the generation of dashboards and strategic scorecards shared between business leaders and related internal addresses.
- Internal customers: Commercial (Retail, B2B), Marketing, Finance (financial planning, CFO) Directors.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s Degree (Engineering,
Mathematics, Actuary, IT or related)
- English at advanced level is required
- +5 years of validated experience in standardization of processes, management by macro processes as well as understanding the commercial dynamics of the business profitability and translation of numerical data into easy-to-understand qualitative/quantitative facts.
- Fully knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Numerical analysis and interpretation, leadership, communication, customer service, influence, anticipation of obstacles, organized, and autonomous!
