Currently we are looking for our next:
**Quaker Sr Brand Coordinator, Create market CARICAM**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**




Support Quaker brand building and business development through the execution of its social responsibility program in GT / MX and core innovation lift & shift. This coordinator will be responsible for the program implementation in current markets and potential and core L&S; innovation plans across the region, while being co - responsible for the brand business results. She/ he will work with the different Quaker local teams, cross functional team within PeP (R&D;, Operations, Commercialization, Foundation, Corporate Affairs etc) and with partner agencies to create consumer-centric and digital first programs that drive market share and net revenue growth.
**What will you be doing?**
- Implementation of the social responsibility program and core innovation plans to address Brand business goals.




- Develop communication content together with our internal & external partners to support PeanOat communication campaign across Latam for different distribution channels.
- Coordinate PeanOat vis id development and implementation.
- Build PeanOat roll out and activation toolkit for other markets to implement.
- Lead supplement production development, distribution and import/ export model including productdonation in MX and GT
- Manage Relationship and follow-up with NGO’s; legal agreements, payments and expansion plans
- Follow up implementation plan
- Follow up PEP Foundation employee engagement plans & funding new opportunities
- Taskforce leading including CA, legal, PPGA, COFEPRIS
- Lead educational book development for children in the program: content, legal approval, print and transport.
- Support assessment of lift & shift portfolio across the region
- Execute lift & shift innovation with OU’s




- Implement, lift and launch core innovation initiatives
- Lead toolkit creation for core innovation alongside comms agency, design, insights and DX
- Follow-up on A&M; execution and reporting of Peanoat program
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management
- BA required
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Deep understanding of project management and relevant experience in working with multifunctional teams
- Must be resourceful and results oriented
- Digital (technical and technological) capabilities desired
- Desire nutrition experience and a genuine interest in the health and wellness space.
- Capable of executing, sequencing, and communicating initiatives throughout the Sector
- Proven record of successfully managing projects,



working in complex matrix organizations in which both authority and influence are needed to achieve business goals
- Previous regional experience desired
- Proven track record of delivering business results
- Intimacy with digital space, with track record of developing communication programs in mobile.
