**Production Development Specialist**:

In this role your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost effective way.
**This position reports to**:
Production Development Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.
- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.
- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.
- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.
- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.
- Knowledge Lean manufacturing, Project management, Autocad.
- Desing software 3D - NPI New Product Implementation.
- 2 years of experience.
- English Intermediate Advanced.
