**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- The Digital Shop Floor Analyst is responsible for digitizing and supporting the production floor equipment. He/she will oversee network data streams from production equipment ensuring proper security measures are applied. He/she will oversee technical updates to network connected production equipment, managing them as a unified fleet. He/she will analyze new business requests for network impact, data flow and security requirements. He/she will serve as technical lead for new technology deployments on the production floor. Direct responsibility to:
- Create and maintain accurate inventory of all connected shop floor equipment worldwide. Includes manufacturer, machine capabilities,
support mechanisms, connectivity requirements and data flows. Provide technological expertise and support for network connected digital shop floor equipment
- Coordinate secured remote access, monitoring and data protection for digital shop floor equipment
- Fleet manage network connected production machines for updates and security mechanisms
- Provide technical expertise for new technology initiatives (Digital Transformation Industry 4.0)
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience & education required. Experience: Requires 3-5 years enterprise PC management (networked systems).Computer Skills:
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), VISIO- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, packet capturing, firewalls and networking fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing
- Basic knowledge of IoT and modern production protocols (e.g., OPC-UA)Other Skills:
- Basic knowledge of tooling common in aerospace manufacturing (e.g. CNC routers, MasterCAM)
- Must have excellent technical problem solving skills, including identifying and addressing problems, system defects, hardware issues, etc. The ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the solution leads to business transformation
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
- Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate. Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud architecture, Internet of Things (IoT), Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Radio Frequency ID (RFID)
- Basic knowledge of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
- Basic knowledge of IoT- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing Services1.
Does require fluent communication in English language.2. Traveling is required.
