**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Job Summary**:
- Highly motivated, self-starter that leads, directs, and monitors the Tomcar UTVs project. The Manufacturing Manager will ensure that assigned project-based programs adhere to established schedules, specifications, and budgets.**_ Duties/Responsibilities:_**:
- Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for all production areas such as planning, operations, maintenance, and quality to meet budget.
- Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, NBI, finance,
and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
- Oversee planning and organization of product process and ensure availability of necessary material, equipment, and labor resources
- Implement action plans to ensure cost-effective and high-quality production
- Motivate manufacturing team to achieve set objectives and targets
- Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
- Assists with budget preparation for corporate management team.
- Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual.
- Participates in weekly and monthly meetings virtually or in-person ie., lean, financial, optimization, NBI, etc.
- Facilitate the establishment and implementation of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing cycle-time reduction culture following Prince Road Map.
- Oversee the management of Production floor inventory levels, manufacturing costs, and on
- time delivery to customers.
- Provide leadership and management for safety and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare annual departmental budget including direct labor costs.
- Manage performance to key performance indicator goals - on-time delivery, PPM, cycle time, overhead efficiency, and productivity per employee.
- Customer communication for NBI, PPM, OTD, projects and others.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management.
- Provide leadership for and development of Production Supervisors - establishing priorities, accountabilities, and allocating resources, guiding achievement of performance measures.

Education and Experience:_**:
- BS Engineering degree required, MS or MBA preferred
- At least three years of related automotive / Production and final assembly of vehicles experience required.
