Our client is dedicated to connecting community managers with certified vendors related to the property management and HOA management industry. They work to tailor their solutions and services to their client's management company profile and needs.
**As a Vendor Coordinator, you will look for different vendors that provide services specific to the HOA industry and do the following activities**:
- Running the bidding process according to needs.
- Post Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Look for different vendors according to the RFPs.
- Evaluate vendors according to the requirements of the RFP.
**SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00._

**Minimum requirements**
- Around 2 years of experience working with maintenance work orders or as a maintenance coordinator.
- Experience drafting RFPs related to Property Management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Being open to learning new things.
**It’s a plus if you have the following**:
Experience using MS Teams, MS Outlook & Adobe Acrobat.
