Accounting Manager position with knowledge of US GAAP
**Requirements**:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance or related field, including a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is highly valued.
- Certification in Accounting,



such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), is highly valued.
- Advanced knowledge of US GAAP is essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the accounting operations of the company.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality of financial information.
- Develop and supervise accounting and financial reporting processes, including compliance with local and international accounting standards, especially US GAAP.
- Participate in budget preparation and strategic decision-making of the company.
Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, taxes and finance.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and areas of the company.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in preparing and presenting financial and accounting reports to shareholders.
