**Position´s purpose**: Execute division strategy, deliver sales objectives,



and provide therapeutic solutions by attending procedures, market development, and provide excellent post sales service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop deep knowledge of the products, therapies, and procedures of the division.
- Work together with the commercial partners to achieve the sales plan for the territory.
- Stablish a great relationship with doctors, referrals, buyers, insurance companies, KOL´s, hospitals.
- Full Support in rhythm management procedures.
- Strong organizational, time management and data driven decision making skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales achievement
- Use of salesforce for activities reports, cases attendance, and patients’ reviews. Create and document new business opportunities.
- Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (BSC and competitors).




- Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
- With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc).
- Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs
- Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis)



the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
- To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
- Upon request may lead a project team of moderate scope.
