As a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, you will put your interpersonal skills to use, improve our customers buying experience by providing the best quality of service and information regarding our processes and products!
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide mentorship to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls oriented to problem solving, order tracking and assessing alternative solutions to customers.
- Seek the achievement of team goals by optimally handling customers expectations while dedicated to providing outstanding service.
- Embraces practices and procedures while efficiently making decisions under pressure and with flexibility.
- Provide advisory to our clients of the portal that is managed.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or equivalent preferably supporting clients through a call center scheme.
- Proficient management of office tools; mostly Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables).
- Basic English.
- Be comfortable handling information such as product features or availability, delivery date, due date, payment or quotation information etc.
- Desirable knowledge in Oracle
