Product Sr Specialist/ Business and Corporate Credit Cards
Objective
GPS is currently offers Business Debit, Business Credit and Corporate Cards in Mexico. While this proposition meets the requirement of Business Banking clients, it is not fit for purpose for MMEs and Large Corporates due to significant gaps in Self Administration (e.g. request of new cards, pins) as well as reporting (e.g. detailed reporting on type of expenses on employee T&Es;). It is also not build for scale as issuance of more than 20 cards increases the risks of card issuance due to manual screening of individual card holders. Public Sector often requires issuance of 200+ cards resulting in significant delays in issuance of cards and sometimes,
issuance of duplicate cards. The current process for managing the issuance of Business Cards neither provides a good client experience (takes two plus months to issue a new card) nor manages/mitigates the risks adequately around documentation and credit risks. Working for the GLCM Cards Head in the country, the incumbent in this role will be responsible for stabilizing the existing Cards proposition, developing the revenue model to address revenue leakages from existing cards proposition as well as driving the business case, writing the business requirements and managing the implementation of new solutions with Global GLCM Product & Innovation Teams as well as with local IT, Ops and Risk Stewarts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Cards Product role responsible for supporting and stabilizing the existing Cards proposition including onboarding processes and risk mitigation
- Responsible for product positioning (how to sell in target markets) and pricing guidelines including FIM incorporation
- Initiate product reviews in line with agreed roadmap to ensure that the compliance related requirements are met and also ensure all actions pints arising are duly addressed.
- Create Business Case and Product Development Develop value propositions that are compelling and commercially viable to justify strategic initiatives and secure approvals
- Have a sense of ownership within the team in order to support the achievement of product profitability

Requirements
**Skills**:
- GLCM Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administrative, Accounting or Financial Areas.-
- Minimum experience of two years in any of Business Banking, sales management of clients, financial products and services, corporate finance, advisory sales, promote credits, corporate Credit Cards,-
- Advanced English.-
