Where do you fit in?
**Decision Making & Influence**:
- Verify SQL database contents and changes using source documentation and the database audit trail.
- Demonstrates extreme attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work.
- Accurately and efficiently inputs alphanumeric confidential data from forms and source documents received from global clientele into internal tracking system.
- Alerts and interacts cross-functionally to promptly resolve client issues.
- Recognizes, analyzes, and provides solutions for issues associated to the data entry process.
- Utilizes critical thinking skills to discuss, document, review, and update position-related policies and procedures.
- Performs routine administrative/office responsibilities and special projects as assigned in support of the Data Management Team.
- Completes weekly/monthly/quarterly reports upon request.
- May assist with interdepartmental projects.
- Provides position-related training.
**You’ll need to bring**:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months previous data entry experience required in a high-volume, fast-paced, confidential work environment.
- Solid word processing skills (40 wpm).
- Demonstrates ability to sustain accuracy in data entry over extended periods of time.
- Good knowledge of Abode, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Familiarity with GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment with mínimal direct supervision.

- Must have excellent written communication skills.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills, as interaction with team members occurs daily.
- Works well under pressure individually and as a dependable, versatile team member.
- Capable of meeting multiple deadlines & multi-tasking while maintaining high customer service standards.
