**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Toluca Plant, you will be Quality Engineer.
- Ensure that the customer specific requirements are met.
- Participate in the reduction of the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).




- Create and follow up the action that comes from internal, external or customer audits.
- Ensure that preventive and corrective actions are implemented and seek for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing area.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead the area staff in the problems solving methodology in order to handle any customer complaint.
- Manage the Cost of poor quality and other metrics at the manufacturing area.
- Manager the group of quality auditors in order to ensure the correct product sampling as part of the quality audit inspection.
- Participate in the cross functional team for any APQP activity.
- Manage and contain any Non-conforming product at the floor.
- Lead the Layer Process Audit process.
- In charge of performing the Measuring System Analysis (MSA) for the measuring equipment that it is used at production floor.
- In charge of supplier development and incoming inspection activities

**WORK ENVIROMENT**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. **ARE YOU DRIVEN BY POSSIBLITY?**
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 -7 years of experience in similar position, preferable in the metal-mechanic industry or assembly and automotive industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge in: VDA, core tools,



ISO&IATF; 16949 and GD&T; (Certificate desirable)
- English advanced
- Keeps self-control in hard situations
