Team Overview:
If you are passionate about business, data and entrepreneurship, DiDi invites you to face the great challenges of the Spanish Speaker LATAM Safety Perception team as an intern. We develop data analysis, business insights and product initiatives to improve the user’s experience while using DiDi’s ride hailing services. Be prepared for a hectic, fast-paced and challenging environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Helping to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy of user perception for all Spanish Speaking Countries, obtaining the buy-in of all relevant stakeholders including managers, business, and communications teams.
- Using data to build meaningful insights and understanding of our safety perception processes, as well as to understand users’ experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Generating insights and new ideas to support Safety Perception team supported by data analysis.
- Deploying a hypothesis-driven approach to research, gain maturity and better understand how to leverage communications to improve perception among users.
- Working together with Marketing and PR teams on and guarantee the execution with the respective areas.
Role Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer science or any related bachelor’s degree
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making hands-on approach;
- Independent and strong critical thinking;
- Ensure collaboration with multiple stakeholders to improve operational productivity & user experience
- Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multicultural environment
- Self-Growth oriented & eager to learn
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Python experience is nice to have
