**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Support the broader North American FP&A; team in the ongoing efforts to provide financial planning support for the Quaker Business Unit. The team facilitates all internal and external reporting of results and expectations, and plays a critical role in supporting all strategic business decisions. This role will also manage an analyst supporting the Canada business.
**Your Impact**
As Quaker Finance Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:
- ** Functional Responsibilities**:
- Leverage P&L; knowledge to drive decisions.
- Maintain forecast model updated with latest inputs from teams as they are sent throughout Period Close and Forecast.
- Prepare Forecast Deck.




- Build Flash page for Period Close.
- Build NOPBT COC and present to Sr. Manager and Sr. Director.
- Complete robust Ad-hoc analysis in support of the BUs growth and profit initiatives.
- Coordination and completion of data loads into HFM.
- Maintain and complete quarterly GPR review.
- Consolidate Quarter close reports (investment horizon, OPEX labor/non labor, Innovation).
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- ** People Responsibilities**:
- Coach and on
- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes.
- Manage an L6 Analyst supporting the Quaker Canada FP&A; activities.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Experience managing a P&L.;
- 3-5 years of experience in finance and planning.
- Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SDW,



SAP, FPS, Business Objects, Essbase & TREE.
- Tableau knowledge.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong excel skills.
- Able to work independently and takes initiative.
- Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance.
- Ability to function well in a team environment.
- Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience.
- Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines - **Essential**:
- Numerate and a lateral thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail - **Essential**
