Within Upfield we are looking for an experienced **Strategy & Transformation Manager for Emerging Markets** supporting the Regional Chief of Staff in driving Strategy, Transformation, and Operations for the AMEA and LATAM region.
The role will be based in Mexico with a focus on the Latin America sub-region.

In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the Regional Chief of Staff and senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of mission-critical priorities. You will be involved in the highest priority projects and ensure high-level execution by intervening and providing feedback as necessary to ensure it is high quality and meets the project expectations.

You are an assertive proactive self-starter with a proven track record of strong business results, and analytical and organizational skills with the ability to connect the dots, to analyze, take apart, and challenge any P&L; statement.
You have a passion for brands and understanding their value, relevance, and power of connection with our consumers and customers, Passion for working in a business that is fast-moving, execution-minded, and entrepreneurial in its focus to grow.
You possess a master's degree in engineering, Business, or Operations with a Minimum of 5 years experience in Tier 1 consultancy, banking or similar experience.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Strategic planning & execution:_
- Work closely with Senior Leaders to develop, refine, and communicate the Region's strategic vision and objectives.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the leadership team on progress and potential areas for improvement.
- Operational Excellence:_
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and propose enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management:_
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff in overseeing and managing key projects, ensuring they are delivered within established timelines and budgets.
- Support project teams by coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and addressing potential risks.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:_
- Act as a liaison between the senior leadership team and Regional Chief of Staff ensuring timely communication and alignment.
- Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to enhance teamwork and information sharing.
