**The Opportunity**Develop Category Growth Plans for TT Segmentation Strategy, through Insight driven strategies, according to specific regional needs in terms of Assortment, layouts, planograms and perimeter battles.Focus on Valley, Central and Southeast TT regions where PMF is starting a new Segmentatiom strategy based on Perfect Store, to develop new businesses through CVO strategies.
**Responsibilities**:**Your Impact**As TT Category Segmentation Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:- Activation of Maintenance Matrix (Market, portfolio and Abasto)- Develop Annual Strategy (Perfect Store) Portfolio definition and Planogram strategy definition, alignment (Region, Division, State)- collaboration with marketing teams to track innovation,
volume forecasts, find portfolio white spaces within the channel, develop deep plans when SOM opportunities are found, and track competitors activations, when a market threat is detected for PMF brands.- Additional Exhibition definition (TMD, additional exhibition, temporality and initiatives)- Battles strategy definition / Rack split per segment- Identify opportunities by region in terms of developing Spicy Zone / Indulgent Zone outside of Core / Demand Space rack.- Conduct Catman Forums with TT regions, to communicate PMF product protection recommendations and stay ahead of competitors- Role of Champ SnacksQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?
**- Education- Education: marketing, Business administration, industrial Engineering- Experience- At least 1 years of experience on Catman, Marketing,
Sales or Insights.- Analytical skills and detail focus.- Strategical thinking.- Understanding of shopper insights- Experience with database management, Nielsen, Excel, Access preferred, PBI- Ability to handle highvolume data, multiple priorities, and complex agenda
