**Sales Manager for Mexico & Central American Region **- Mexico DF**

Your position is key to taking the company to the top. You will be responsible for all new product/service launch projects with Agents for Mexico and Central American Region.
**Role Responsibilities**




- You’ve a portfolio assigned and will be responsible for the P&L; of your portfolio. You’re responsible for the achievement of transactional and revenue goals.
- Target settings, budgeting and developing opportunities within the region and portfolio assigned. Also, the network expansion is a plus. You're responsible for ensuring service quality and support objectives consistent with strategic goals and standards, working with all teams involved in partner support.
- Builds, reviews and analysis performance data and competitive data. Besides, you manage a regular field visit and meeting with the partners. You’re responsible for measuring and improvement the business health of your portfolio.
- Enhance service quality, ensure compliance with operating standards, and provide training to optimize service delivery and business growth. Also, enhances merchandising, introduces new products and pricing proposals.
- Ensure that money transfer services and products are deployed with our business partners effectively and that service quality and supporting objectives are consistent with strategic goals and standards.




- As Project Management, you will design and lead the projects and initiatives for business growth to ensure they are delivered on time and in good shape. You will support the definition of strategic projects aligned with the global & regional strategies to the retail channel and a new ecosystem with a wallet launch.
- Efficient communication is the key to this role. You will oversee large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives. You prepare and following up on meetings, as well as reviewing internal and external communications, writing newsletters, reports, presentations, speeches, or presentations internally and externally.
- Provide the best-in-class services to the partners and agents from presales to pos sales support including problem solving.
**Role Requirements**




- Finance degree or at in a similar field such as Economy (Accounting, Business administration, etc). Master's degree is a plus with five or more years’ experience in a Sales or/and Finance area. Solid experience in finance is required.
- Own car is required.
- Advanced English level. Portuguese is desirable.
- Microsoft package. Excel advanced.
- Energetic and creative with impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines. Negotiation skill is required.
- Real for delivering excellent customer service and a high degree of analytical mindset, strategic planning, and strong communication skills.




- Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
