**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support involving order entry, and appointment scheduling while using transportation knowledge and logic to secure valuable appointments while validating important information for key selling points.
The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps.
This role is responsible for customer appointment scheduling, requesting and finalizing, to ensure all expectations are met.
The Planning Analyst will be able to make project management, looking for continuous improvements in the daily activities of the team.
The Planning Analyst will be able to develop soft skills as leadership, decision making, troubleshooting and effective communication between the team & stakeholders.
The Planning Analyst will be able to participate in higher complexity projects in which the focus will be the major opportunity for reducing costs to the company.
**Your Impact**
As Planning Analyst** **your functions would consist:
- Comply with the daily, weekly, and monthly reports of Advanced Planning (AP) and Material Requierement Planning (MRP) service's schedule and frequency.
- Sending reports that brief key information on attainment, allocation, innovation, and changes done in the North America PBNA divisions.
- Communicate with the Advanced Planning (AP), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Supply Network Colaboration (SNC), National Inventory System (NIS) departments within Pepsi and oversee that missing information be uploaded.
- Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays
- Participate in after-hours or weekend duties as needed during peak seasons
- Measure project performance using project management tools and make adjustments as needed
- Lead the execution of the pipeline of projects in the "PBNA AP MRP " area
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholder
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Qualifications:

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, International Business)
**Experience**
- 0 - 2 years of experience in project manager, logistics and planning sector
- Strong passion for customer service and logistics excellence
- Ability to manage high volumes of data integrity and maintain accuracy in the process
- Fluent English is a must (advanced)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (Macros)
**Skills**
- Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support the business
- Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team
- Strong attention to detail
