**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Lead the operational excellence through establishment/sustainability of high performance work teams, world-class talent management and innovative operational practices, fully implementing HR Plant Velocity concept as HRBP, strengthen HR function in operational plant service and results and driven by example Lear core values, been inclusive, been inventive and getting results in the right way.
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**:
- Maintain the required headcount per operation and implement strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism metrics.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with shop stewards.
- Compliance with all legal provisions issued by the government regarding Human Resources (STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SEMARNAP, ETC.).
- Ensure compliance and total adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Administration of Human Resources systems (People Soft, LMS, SAP).
- Keep updated the database and personal files of each employee.
- Supervise and authorize all changes in status (MP's) of employees: hires, transfers, dismissals, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with training programs.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:
- Completed University studies (degree or intern letter).
- Requires 3+ years of experience as Human Resources Manager, or similar position.
Indispensable working in a manufacturing environment with Labor Union.
- Experience in labor relations, training & DO, and hourly recruitment is desirable.
- Knowledge in Federal Labor Law, NOM-035, legal requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, management of turnover and absenteeism metrics.
- Soft skills: People management, planning,
