Recognized Insurance International Company is looking for "**Team Leader Customer Service" **based in Mexico City.
**Job Description**:
As Team Leader you will be responsible for delivering a World Class Roadside Assistance service to Customers through the effective management of the operation.
Your role will be to Coordinate the assistance services required by our clients, focused on providing a service of excellence.
Giving a quick, effective and quality solution.
Adherence to rights standards, process and regulations of the company.
**Team Leader Skills/Experience Requirements**:
- At least 1 **year of Team Leader** experience required as a general practice.
- ARS contact center **(Call Center)** experience can be considered as an equivalency to the minimum Team Leader experience requirement.
- **Advanced English Level (mandatory)**:
- High school certificate
- Typing and computer skills
- American Passport or Visa (mandatory)
- Availability to Travel
- Reside in **Mexico City**
