**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers & schedule appointments for our sales representatives
- Achieve set appointment scheduling targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
**Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Experience in cold call sales, customer service, and call center operations
- Excellent communication
- Open minded and coachable
**Hiring full-time position**
