The Product Manager for 3E Document Automation and Cloud Distribution is part of the Legal Financial & Practice Management organization and requires cloud solutions know how and document automation expertise.
You will be part of a product team supporting a variety of products in the medium, large and global legal financial and practice management space.
This role requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy be able to define and grow the vision of a scalable cloud and document automation platform.
This role will be responsible for driving the continuing evolution of document automation solutions and platform.
In this role you will work interchangeably with engineering, customers, implementation partners, and other product managers to drive solution needs throughout the Agile development process.
**About the Role**
- Serve as the organization's Subject Matter Expert and evangelist for assigned products, capabilities, and programs
- Serve as product owner throughout the agile development process to ensure the product vision and market strategy are translated into delivered features and capabilities
- Include your product knowledge, industry experience, and market, customer,



and competitive research when defining features and solutions
- Partner with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholder to validate requirements and priorities, product design goals, and business objectives
- Research and monitor industry, competitive, software, and data trends from a technology perspective and summarize findings for senior and executive management to influence strategy and product planning
- Collaborate with technology, professional services, and support departments to deliver solution designs, go to market plans, training, and support
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer conferences and internal meetings

**About You**
- 2+ years of experience in software product management in SaaS software development or document automation solutions
- Expertise with document generation, automation,



and distribution., including experience with document template tools such as Aspose, Saxon, and XSL is a plus Understanding of Azure technologies including Azure Functions and the Power Platform is preferred
- Strong self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced software development environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously, while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to present complex technical information, issues, processes, and potential solutions concisely to stakeholders, including leadership, peers, and a partners
- Experience in the legal software market, financial management, or professional services software preferred
- Familiar with SaaS and PaaS offerings, such as Salesforce, Azure, and AWS.




Experience product managing such solutions is a plus
- A team-mindset and penchant for collaboration
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- Exceptional communication skills
- 4-year college degree, focus on computing/technology
- Ability to travel 10% of time
