**Position**:Patient Engagement Center Representative
**Summary**:Our office in Monterrey provides remote assistance to several Medical Offices in the United States.
In this role you'll have to answer incoming calls from our patients to provide outstanding customer service in support of our mission, goals and values.

**Requirements**:
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Availability to train at the office for the first three weeks
- Full time availability
- Call center or customer care experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- To work from home you will need: stable internet connection, a quiet space to perform your job.
(Home Office is only offered after completing the three week training)
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries telephonically, answer calls with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Verify insurance coverage and information
- Register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering into the system
- Set patient appointments upon request and identify future visits.
- Data entry and maintenance of customer databases
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve patients' complaints
- Enter new customer information in the system
- Update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
- Be punctual and follow company's protocols.
