Job Description

Acquiring the right talent is essential as we continue on this journey and as a result, we are adding a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Latin America Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
This position will support Mexico, and Andean Region, reporting to the TA Manager, partnering closely with the TA Recruiting team and Global TA Operations team.

This position is responsible for support, coordination and execution of all regular-hire hiring process activities, including but not limited to: Interview, offer process, background check process (where applicable), interview coordination, hiring transaction, process compliance, and projects relating to the hiring process.
Responsibilities include:

- Background Check initiation, facilitation, and adjudication (where applicable).
Additionally, follows legal guidelines for adjudication and escalation including but not limited to; escalation to legal on results outside of guidelines, escalation to legal and human resources in the event of a potential offer rescind, and proper documentation and communication with stakeholders.
- Process hiring transactions within required timeframes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed in the event of a delay.




This includes but not limited to: requisition creation for executives, Workday task completion for the recruiting stream, and/or successful Workday Help ticket completion for TA Operations inquiries.
- Ensuring local regulations and internal compliance is audited at the hiring stage through thorough requisition and documentation review.
- Perform interview coordination and facilitation for video or onsite interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and in acceptance of schedule.
- Greeting and facilitating on-site interview, when local to coordinator
- Guide and advise stakeholders through recruiting stream process for necessary task completion, and escalate if necessary




- Responsible for talent acquisition process adherence through auditing of and communication with hiring process stakeholders.
- Advises and councils Talent Acquisition, and other HR peers and leaders on process and protocol in order to educate and facilitate a compliant, efficient, and positive hiring experience.
- Participate and potentially lead projects of small-scale in support of efficiency and process improvement in the hiring process.- Performs audits to ensure the compliance, efficiency, and integrity of the hiring process is in alignment with business-needs and legal regulations.
- Responsible for interns / trainees recruitment and contractors recruitment and administration.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or Psychology
- Advanced English
- Typically requires a minimum of one year of related experience
- Previous experience with applicant tracking technology, preferably Workday
Strong communication and organization skills.
- Excel at working in a dynamic matrix environment
- Ability to handle and prioritize completing priorities
- Is very enthusiastic and has a positive, optimistic attitude and demonstrates a high level of integrity
Self-motivated and proactive requiring little direction
