Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in S/4 HANA UI5 - ABAP OData and S/4 HANA Data Modeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Security Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our companys success and make a positive impact on society.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of S/4 HANA UI5 applications using ABAP OData to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Oversee the data modeling process in S/4 HANA to optimize performance and data accuracy.
- Provide technical expertise in IT Security to safeguard our systems and data.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to help them grow their skills.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in S/4 HANA and IT Security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in S/4 HANA UI5
- ABAP OData and S/4 HANA Data Modeling.
- Have experience in IT Security ensuring the protection of systems and data.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Finance & Accounting to develop relevant solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Be proactive and self-motivated to drive projects to successful completion.
