We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Front-End Development Engineer
The Front-End Development Engineer will be an important member of our development team, helping to design and develop the core front-end application code for the platform. The front-end elements are browser-based applications built using HTML and JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS and AngularJS).
Responsibilities:
- Work with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS and AngularJS) to connect between our APIs and our front-end web interfaces.
- Design and develop new UI modules for our customer-facing websites as well as for internal and customer administrative interfaces.
- Investigate and recommend awesome UI technologies for market data, orders, account management, bank integrations, etc.
- Recommend system solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various newer technologies.
- Update job knowledge by researching newer technologies and software products; experimenting with new tools and technologies.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Must have and be able to display strong capabilities in JavaScript.
- ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
- At least 2 years of experience with WebSockets and streaming data.
- 1 year of experience working within UX or Visual Design.
- Display knowledge of object-oriented design and secure coding practices.
- Ability to work with rapidly changing and evolving technologies.
- Must have effective communication and collaboration skills.
