Business Development Manager, Marketplace Amazon Marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to acquire and manage strategic key accounts.
As a Business Development Manager, you will develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch small, medium, and established businesses to sell their products on www.amazon.com.mx, and manage the portfolio to grow their sales exponentially.
We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated Account Management.

We are responsible for establishing new business partnerships with sellers who wish to utilize Amazon's suite of e-commerce solutions.
Key job responsibilities Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants. Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets. Identify and build relationships with key influences and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts. Be a business partner for new merchants, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon. Post-acquisition, build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy. Work closely with new merchants,
educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience. Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently to required standards. Learn and understand the specificity of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants. Track business development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio. Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree. Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Experience prospecting, qualifying,
and cold-calling companies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications. Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools. Excel intermediate: proficient using formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, and COUNTIF.
Experience with Pivot Tables and basic Pivot Charts, and applying conditional formatting to data points.
Ability to perform basic date and time analysis. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
