In today's dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Marketing team at Colgate.
Our highly energetic and focused Oral Care Marketing Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive Brands in this everchanging landscape.
What role will you play as a member of the Oral Care team?
As the Senior Brand Manager for Toothpaste, you'll handle all elements of the marketing mix.
Maximizes all these areas relative to the category brand and recommends actions for improvement.
You'll understand & embrace global equity and brand strategies while ensuring creative & flawless execution.
You'll take full responsibility for the brand Profit and Loss statements - by controlling pricing, monitoring cost, and managing the advertising expenses.
You will prepare an annual and mid-year business plan and present to local, regional and corporate management as needed.
You'll manage the matrix of a complex agency system.
You'll lead media planning and on-going flowchart management.
You'll also monitor Research Grid for the category and Insights development and build recommendations and action plans.
**What you will do**
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing or any related field
- 3+ years experience Marketing roles
- Experience working in consumer product goods
- Consumer Goods Industry along with Functional Experience
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Fluent in English
