**Responsibilities**
- Be responsible to attend Customer enquiries, identify their needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Making appointments and scheduling for patients, record call details in the system and register customers and educate them about special programs / initiatives.
- Act as first point of contact for Grievance management.
- Follow up on customer complaints/feedbacks
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- English proficiency (B2)
- +6 months Customer Service Experience
- Customer service oriented: able to take the extra mile to engage customers
- Call center experience preferrable
- 0-1 yr.
of work experience in voice process in hospital/insurance setup (preferred but not required)
**Technical requirements**:
- Computer Proficiency Skills
- Knowledge in operating Microsoft Office Suites
