Position: IT Sr. Analyst

Target:
Provide end to end project management and delivery for strategic and transformation initiatives aligned with the company objectives, facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, owning the schedule, and tracking the output of milestones to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals.
Make use of his professional experience to provide improvements and technological solutions according to the needs and strategies of the business, acting as a facilitator between the business areas and the IT area.
Functions:
- Coordinate the process of development and release of technological solutions, verifying and ensuring the proposed results to meet the commitment dates, quality and functionality.
- Leadership of the team responsible for achieving the objectives of the projects, coordinating all the interested parties.
- Evaluate systems and software to determine if it is suitable for the needs of the organization and the expected results; Be the liaison with end users, software vendors,
and developers to achieve intended results.
- Planning, monitoring and control of projects through work plans guaranteeing the monitoring of the defined methodology under corporate standards, collaborate with regional teams to facilitate communication with Mexico.
- Scope, cost and time management, with adequate change management.
Profile:
- Scholarship Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar with 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Languages (s) Advanced English (both oral and written)
- Work Experience as Project Leader/Technical Leader. Ideally, in the field of automotive financial services companies.
- Experience in gathering requirements, user/stakeholder relationship management and IT vendor/partner management.
- Experience working with applications end users regarding understanding their needs.
Labor Skills:
- Strong knowledge in management methodology.
- Proactivity, creativity and adaptability to changes/challenges of dynamic customer environments.
- Ability to manage more than one project simultaneously, with great organizational power and ability to work autonomously.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK). Perform project management activities, using traditional (WBS, waterfall), Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid approaches.
- Technical skills such as: Knowledge of object-oriented programming, knowledge of Java language, Devops, Azure and microservices.
