**Supply Chain Planning Manager**
**SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING MANAGER**
**Main Purpose**
This role will be responsible to provide leadership and tactical execution of the Supply Chain Planning operations. Delivery of department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success. The SC Manager will oversee SC Leaders focused in the areas of replenishment,
maintenance of planning systems and promotional planning. The Leader of this team will also be responsible for creating efficiency of the operation, change plan execution and excellent development of the Coordinators and Analysts.

This management role will lead a team of 4-6 Leaders who support the MBS Supply Planning Tower in support of the PFNA team including multiple business units.
- Lead and develop capability of a team of SC Coordinators responsible for 8-12 Representatives
- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
- Resolve any escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)
- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains
- Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperatives
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Related Field
- Fluent English
- 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Manufacturing or related.
- At least 2 years of previous experience supervising large teams.
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (MS office) and payment management systems.
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up, communication and organizational skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
