The Plant HR senior manager leads the Plant's Human Resources activities with a triple objective :supporting all managers and industrial operations through a "Business Partner" HR approach; deploying an HR policy favouring the attraction, development and commitment of employees; ensuring constructive relations with all stakeholders.
**What You’ll Do**
Develop and implement HR strategies in line with Group, Business Unit and regional strategies.
Actively contribute to the transformation of the HR function through a dynamic and innovative approach for the plant by implementing programmes on employee engagement, talent development, the transformation of our processes, implementation of internal and external training programmes, deployment of digital and collaborative HR tools, internal communication and change management, design strategy to attract and retain the best talent for the operation, etc.
Manage the local HR function and HR processes by strengthening the partnership approach (Business partner, Talent partner, Social partner) by accompanying, advising and supporting the local Management team in all these aspects.
Maintain and lead labour relations in a constructive and oriented manner with the preparation and management of labour issues and agenda, but also the conduct of local negotiations.
Supervise the administrative management and payroll activities for the plant.
Manage the local Human Resources team.
**What We're Looking For In You**:
7-10 years experience in a generalist role in an industrial environment and as a Manager
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent through experience
Fluent English
Strong knowledge of Human Resources processes: Administrative Management and Payroll, Human Resources Development (Career, Training, Competencies, Talent and Performance management, (Engagement Survey, SAP), Labor Relations, labor cost Controlling
Ability to influence and expose oneself in terms of leadership.
Sense of results,
ability to accompany change and transformation, balanced and global vision between business and social mindset
