**Master Data Commercialization Project Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
The Project Associate, who reports into a Sr. Mgr Programming Leader, has accountability for driving cross-functional product commercialization. The PA will be a member of the weekly cross functional Task Forces. The primary accountabilities relate to product master data decisions and packaging creation,
while also understanding the critical details of the project and removing obstacles to meet the committed in-store date. The PA will have an assigned mix of higher complexity brands / customers / channels to support and will complete an estimated 100-150 BPs per year.

Ensure Flawless Execution of Commercial Proposals into Supply Chain Systems.
IDEA CONTEXT: Determine if the Business Proposal (BP) request is clear. Identify missing details required to define timelines or assess master data needs. Work with Prime Mover to close gaps; tag other related BPs impacting data or timeline coordination. 5%
MASTER DATA: Provide analytical expertise and decision making on product master data required to support each Business Proposal idea by action type and material scenario required. This includes identifying when to create new UPCs and internal product codes, managing price areas,
tying to correct packaging / case pack / code date attribute data and maintaining data integrity through clean-up. Master Data accuracy is essential, as it feeds over 200 downstream systems, impacting Demand Planning, Operations, Sales and Financial transactions. 40%
PACKAGING SUPPORT: Own the Packaging Graphics Requisition process to capture all non-design attributes, including UPC management, brandmark routing, cross functional spec and regulatory input, and oversight of schedule hand-off to Packaging Pre-Press Vendor. 25%
EFFICIENCY: Ensure completion of assigned tasks on schedule. For competing priorities, identify options to ensure in-store is maintained. Support project managers with task force pre-work, to reduce overall non-productive time spent in meetings.
Identify and provide solutions on how to make processes more productive. 15%
COLLABORATION: Assist with reviewing for BP needs across teams to support timely approval. Reach out for specific region/zone participation in innovation launch programs to identify unique product code/pricing needs. Work with team in continuous learning through identification and iterations of process improvements. Support request for sampling needs. Generate metrics reporting and team score card once per period for full team review to understand how we are supporting successful BP planning/execution and/or targeted areas for improvements. 15%

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics or similar field required.
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Commercialization, Master Data with demonstrated experience in an analytical, data intensive, and/or project based role required
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills for data extracts,analysis and reporting required
- Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle is preffered
