Our new client, the creator of a powerful platform that provides tools and integrations to transform employee experience, is looking for a **Senior Ruby on Rails Developer**.
In this role, you will help ensure that customers receive their tailor-made product, by clarifying their needs and converting their wishes and ideas into concrete technical solutions that you will implement.
**Job requirements**:
- Proven Back-End seniority as a Ruby on Rails developer;
- Previous experience working in an enterprise environment;
- Message Bus/ API know-how;
- Performance optimization skills;
- Experience working with a large codebase;
- Autonomous person who’s a great problem solver;
- Very good communication and English language skills.

**Extra skills**:
- Experience with data modelling;
- Caching know-how;
- Previous experience with integration with Microservices;
