**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?**
The CTO Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of investment funded projects in support of PepsiCo’s Corporate and Global Function Sector. This includes managing successful outcomes of engagements for infrastructure services delivery with PepsiCo’s strategic partners and suppliers, coordination and prioritization of demand with business relationship managers with the goal of modernizing and refreshing PepsiCo’s network infrastructure across North America in partnership with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Operations teams.
This is a hands-on role and the individual will also be responsible for the delivery of asset currency projects. This role will be accountable to forecast and deliver IT investment programs against estimates and financial plans. This Delivery manager will manage multiple service provider engagements.
Additional accountabilities to include analyzing project requests, estimating work efforts, forecasting, delivering solutions against estimates, managing project risk, and delivering solutions that are aligned with PepsiCo standards. The individual may manage PMs as required for delivering new investment projects, and will govern fixed bid work performed by several strategic vendors/partners.
- Accountable to manage and deliver investment projects for the Corporate and Global Functions Sector
- Project budget management; Assist with estimating, planning and forecasting. Accountable for being informed and making leadership-aligned decisions related to assigned projects
- Ensuring all solutions deployed are consistent with PepsiCo IT Architecture and Engineering standards
- Work as a liaison between architects/engineers and business relationship managers to articulate and translate business requirements and corresponding technology solutions and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Partner with business relationship managers and PepsiCo’s strategic suppliers to develop project proposals, estimates and cost/benefit analysis for projects.
- Implement standard and improved processes and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure delivery based on ITIL methodology.
- Drive service improvement plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Partner with PepsiCo’s procurement teams to drive vendor selections for delivery. Assist with the onboarding of, and the maturity of vendor service agreements and scope of work documents.
- Communicate portfolio updates and status via regular performance scorecards with program/project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and track overall health of projects including risks and issues.
- Partner with the Asset Management team in procuring hardware and asset tracking.
- Execute Transition-to-Sustain process for Application and Infrastructure related projects
- Conducts risk assessment and updates the IT risk register, and provides remediation estimates in preparation for AOP
- Identifies and initiates service improvement plans for remediating critical Infrastructure gaps.
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor Degree in IT or Business Management;
- 7+ years in IT Infrastructure services delivery experience, architecture, engineering, and/or operations support;
- 5+ years managing technology deployments as a delivery lead or project/program manager;
- ServiceNow experience is required;
- Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies;
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and partnering with IT professionals in multiple countries;
- 5+ years’ experience in Agile/Waterfall Project management methodology;- ITIL Foundations (desirable); Financial Management for IT (desirable).
