**Responsibilities**:
**Shopper Insights Analyst**
**Main purpose**
Execute Reporting and analytics responsibilities as part of the broader Global Business Services function in Hábitat, Mexico.




This role will help to enable accelerated growth for PepsiCo by contributing to the DX reporting team while also working alongside the marketing and analytics team within the Center. Primary responsibilities include creating/updating existing dashboards, Tableau reports, delivering periodic and on-demand brand reporting, and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources to complement Shopper team’s presentations. This role will support consumer relations across multiple brands and markets. The role will have short-term responsibilities for knowledge transfer from the business and flawless delivery of recurring reports. Once established, the role will execute optimization of the content and processes, including ad hoc questions and overall automation of delivery where applicable.
**Your Impact**
As the Shopper Insights Analyst your scope will consist of:
- ** Execute against team charter (SLA)



for DX**:
- Responsible of Nielsen & Kantar LATAM reports and data management.
- Responsible of KPI’s and reports harmonization as well the standardization of KPI’s.
- Managing Pepview databases and market breakdown knowledge.
- Interaction with cross-functional teams for data collection.
- As the role gains expertise in shopper insights tools, he/she will be able to evolve in market analysis. This is a plus that the role will be acquiring.
- Skills to learn: Social Listening, SDNA, Edge, Price Calculators.
- ** Support Reporting Lead delivering against information needs articularted by Business Partners; addressing business questions and process requirements**:
- Deliver against needs of key stakeholders, requestors and end service users.




- Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope - in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management.
- Responsible for managing multiple priorities; being able to manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from end-users and Business Partners for deliverables.
- Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes).
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop.
- Support simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders).
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Experience with Market Data Suppliers;** Nielsen** and Kantar experience is a must have.**:
- ** Education**:



MA in economics, math or management.
- ** 2+ years of experience in Analytics professional** with expertise in a leading consumer goods company.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel; including ability to write complex formulas (Advanced)
- Expertise using Power BI preferred.
- ** Launguage**: English Fluent.
