**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This position will be part of the North America Beverage Contract Ops Customer Service organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the PBNA Sector Ops & Customer Service team. SC Cust Svc Sr Coordinate will ensure exceptional operational services are provided by his/her organization to COBO (PBC) and FOBO (Franchise) employees multiple teams and markets. The services for the supported teams include; accurately and efficiently issuing and tracking credits, debits,



returns and creating sample orders based requests submitted to a the team’s SPA mailbox within the SLA required depending on the request type as well as total dollar value through to completion. Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output.

As **Supply Chain Business Analyst **your responsibilities would consist of:
- Provides premier customer service to the distribution points / warehouses in Pepsi Bottling Network for all Copack Brands.
- Notify COBO requestors & COGS Finance team and then FOBO CSR’s & Accounts Receivable Team of the outcome of research and decision
- Work with FOBO Accounts Receivable Team to ensure escalation requests are accurately processed and engage CSR’s for when customer interface for questions/concerns is required
- Issue and Maintain Credit, Debit and Return Request Accuracy
- Coordinate all Mis-shipments and Quality Issues for product returns/credits with Reverse Logistics Team




- Create and track sample orders until confirmed by the Mixing Center prior to handoff back to requestor
- Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with headquarter partners
- Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
- Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education
- Experience
- BA Strongly preferred but would consider equivalent work experience
- 1 year experience (it can be internships) in logistic, finance, accounts, administration
- Advanced English (non negotiable)
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- SAP (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written




- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal/external relationships
- Strong organization skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize
