**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity***
- Develop and lead long term strategy for Travel and Insurance
- Partner and engage with senior stakeholders (HR, Control & Reporting and Legal) and global experts to design and implement sourcing strategy for all subcategories in scope
- Manage executive level, cross functional priorities and relationships to deliver sustainable year on year benefits on productivity, cash flow, user experience and accomplish function strategic objectives
- Ensure supplier contracts and develop BCP to mitigate risks
- Develop internal capability and organization for Indirects - Services Procurement
**Your Impact**
As Procurement Manager your scope would consist of:
- Lead the LATAM sourcing strategy for Travel and Other Services in scope to leverage knowledge and expertise across the region and optimal commercial conditions
- Understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices to design/implement the sourcing strategies for categories in the scope
- Lead creation and execution of procurement PSP for categories in the scope and pro-actively manage any potential challenges. Ensure productivity annual targets and comply with function OCF objectives by driving increase in payment terms
- Ensure that categories in the scope are appropriately negotiated and all contracts are in place / managed & administered in accordance with Local & Global Procurement Policies and KPI’s
- Lead supplier performance and contract compliance - providing regular financial, service and quality forecasts to Procurement Manager, Indirects Director, MSO, COE, Procurement Finance and other relevant executives
- Work closely with LOCAL/LATAM/GLOBAL stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of functional needs and develop strategies to ensure maximum business value is generated from the procurement strategies for those categories in scope
- Enable breakthrough ideas capturing from suppliers and ensure their implementation improve value for the business, reduce total cost of ownership and optimize cash flow
- Responsible for the development, execution and follow up of Risk Management initiatives aimed to reduce the supply risk (BCP), currency exposure and no sustainable supply practices
- Generate and analyze RFQ/bid proposals. Includes understanding and executing total cost of ownership analysis, risk analysis, supplier selection, cost negotiations,
establishing contracts/non-disclosure agreements and ongoing strategic supplier development.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**:
- BA/BS in Finance, Engineering degree, Master a plus.
**Experience**:
- Excellent Functional knowledge (5 years+ in Procurement): Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools in a VUCA environment
- Breath / Depth experience in sourcing processes and procurement best practices, with experience of implementing them in regional or global environment
- Highly effective interpersonal skills - excellent negotiator and strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels and particularly at executive level. Demonstrated ability to develop credible business relationships with Sr Directors, VPs
- Sourcing & Supplier relationship & performance management
- High level of business acumen
- Solid/Strong understanding of general business economics and key quality and cost drivers
- Strong analytical & financial skills
- Organizational savvy
- Ability to translate complex situations into executive level communication
- Ability to lead and influence large teams based in different locations globally, whom not report directly to the position.
- Results Oriented - comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets
- Excellent language skills - Spanish & English essential, both verbal and in writing, Portuguese basic.
